SAP expertise isn’t built overnight. The technology is complex, the learning curve is steep, and many organisations choose to hire experienced consultants rather than develop new talent.
At GECO Asia, we took a different approach. Instead of asking where to find ready-made talent, we asked a different question:
What if we could build that capability ourselves?
That question sparked Cohort 50’s SAP C4C journey, where aspiring professionals developed specialised skills through structured learning, hands-on experience and continuous support.
Building Capability, Not Just Filling Roles
As organisations accelerate their digital transformation initiatives, the demand for SAP talent continues to grow. Yet capability building is not simply about addressing skills gaps. It is about creating a sustainable pipeline of future-ready professionals who can support business growth, innovation and long-term success.
This was the vision behind Cohort 50.

Over five weeks, trainees developed their SAP C4C expertise through hands-on learning, coaching and real-world business scenarios. Along the way, they navigated new challenges, built confidence and strengthened the resilience, adaptability and consulting mindset needed to succeed in a fast-paced digital environment.
From Learning to Application
The Capstone Presentation marked a key milestone in the trainees’ learning journey, providing an opportunity to demonstrate how they could apply their SAP C4C knowledge in practical business scenarios. Beyond technical expertise, participants showcased their problem-solving abilities, communication skills and growing confidence as aspiring consultants.
For the panel, the presentations represented more than the completion of a training programme. They reflected the progress made throughout the programme, highlighting how structured learning, hands-on experience and continuous support helped transform participants into emerging SAP professionals ready to contribute to business and digital transformation initiatives.
The Role of Support in Growth
Supported by Upskill Today coaches, mentors and programme leaders, participants developed their capabilities in a collaborative environment that encouraged curiosity, knowledge sharing and ongoing development.

One participant reflected on the experience by sharing:
“Thank you so much for the training. The time, feedback and support helped both me and the team feel more prepared for the capstone.“
Feedback like this serves as a powerful reminder that upskilling in SAP is possible.
It takes a client willing to think differently. Trainers and mentors are willing to invest in people. And most importantly, individuals courageous enough to learn something difficult and keep pushing.
Looking Ahead
The success of Cohort 50 reinforces a belief that sits at the heart of everything we do: capability building is one of the most powerful investments an organisation can make.
When individuals grow, organisations grow with them. Stronger skills lead to stronger teams. Stronger teams create better outcomes. And better outcomes help organisations remain competitive in an increasingly digital world.
Congratulations to Cohort 50 on this significant achievement.
You did more than complete a programme.
You proved what is possible when learning, perseverance, and opportunity come together.
